Integrative, relational, person-centred

I work with adults (17+) across a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression and mood disorders, stress and burnout, grief and relational difficulties. I have particular experience supporting adults with Autism and ADHD, as well as people navigating life transitions, including perimenopause and menopause, and those seeking parenting support.

My style is integrative, relational, and person-centred, grounded in a humanistic and existential orientation. With an approach informed by psychodynamic and interpersonal perspectives, I maintain a whole-person focus that includes the mind–body connection, patterns in relationships, and the broader contexts that shape a person's experience.

I bring a curious and compassionate presence to my work, shaped by lived experience and a natural sensitivity and depth of awareness.

How I work

I make sense of people's inner experience in a way that helps them feel understood, so they can recognise the patterns that shape how they think, feel, and relate. This happens within a therapeutic relationship that is attuned, respectful, and grounded in connection. Over time, this can open up a more sustainable and healthy way of being.

Areas of focus

I work with adults (17+) across a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, grief, relational difficulties, neurodivergence, life transitions, and parenting support.

Anxiety & Depression
Working with anxiety disorders, low mood, and depressive episodes using integrative, evidence-based approaches tailored to your experience.
Stress & Burnout
Supporting recovery from chronic stress, workplace burnout, and the adjustment difficulties that come with sustained pressure and overwhelm.
ADHD in Adults
Post-diagnosis support, executive functioning strategies, and working through the emotional and relational impact of ADHD in adult life.
Autism in Adults
Neuroaffirming support for adults navigating post-diagnosis adjustment, sensory differences, masking, and identity integration.
Relationships & Patterns
Exploring relational and interpersonal patterns — the ways we connect, disconnect, and protect ourselves in our closest relationships.
Life Transitions
Support through major life changes — career shifts, relationship changes, identity questions, and the process of becoming who you want to be.
Perimenopause & Menopause
Addressing the psychological and emotional impact of hormonal transitions — mood changes, identity shifts, anxiety, and cognitive effects.
Grief & Bereavement
Gentle, unhurried support through loss — whether recent or long-held — attending to the unique way grief moves through your life.
Parenting Support
Support for the emotional demands of parenting — navigating challenges, family dynamics, and the relationship between your own experience and your parenting.

What to expect

1
Getting in touch
You can send an enquiry through the form below, email me, or call. I'll get back to you within 1–2 business days. There's no obligation — this is simply a chance to see whether we might be a good fit.
2
First session
The first session is an opportunity to talk about what's bringing you to therapy and what you're hoping for. It's also a chance for you to get a sense of how we might work together, and whether the space feels right.
3
Ongoing work
Therapy is not a fixed formula. How we work together will be shaped by what you bring, what emerges, and what feels most useful to you over time.
