I make sense of people's inner experience in a way that helps them feel understood, so they can recognise the patterns that shape how they think, feel, and relate — opening up a more sustainable and healthy way of being.
Get in Touch Learn moreI work with adults (17+) across a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression and mood disorders, stress and burnout, grief and relational difficulties. I have particular experience supporting adults with Autism and ADHD, as well as people navigating life transitions, including perimenopause and menopause, and those seeking parenting support.
My style is integrative, relational, and person-centred, grounded in a humanistic and existential orientation. With an approach informed by psychodynamic and interpersonal perspectives, I maintain a whole-person focus that includes the mind–body connection, patterns in relationships, and the broader contexts that shape a person's experience.
I bring a curious and compassionate presence to my work, shaped by lived experience and a natural sensitivity and depth of awareness.

Therapy happens within a relationship that is attuned, respectful, and grounded in connection.
